payment---------------------------------♥ done as invoices (in paypal)♥ payment upfront for sketches♥ payment upfront after sketches for rendered artwork♥ refunds are allowed but only if there has been a specified due date I haven't met or if i haven't started rendering yet and you want to abandon the commission♥ payment done through paypal, USD only♥ some objects or complicated backgrounds will cost more depending on the complexity (these costs will be discussed before i proceed with added them)general---------------------------------♥ i have the right to refuse clients, specific additions, etc.♥ you are not allowed to profit off of my artwork unless it is specifically made for a commercial use♥ i will provide a general idea for when the piece will be done (with updates to progress), but unless there is a specific due date, do not expect everything to be set in stone (refer to the trello)♥ i have the rights to post finished commission as examples, on my social media, or for portfolio reasons (i usually ask for permission before regardless + credit where credit is due)♥ my artwork or my character designs cannot be used in any blockchains, non fungible tokens, or anything similar in relationcustom designs--------------------------♥ these have less priority than my normal commissions♥ will need you to provide me with plenty of references (specified in dms) for me to continue with the design♥ payment after the sketch/initial design is set, any alterations afterwards will cost extra♥ you are not allowed to sell or market my design without discussing with me first (chances are i will like the design back)♥ if design is permitted to be resold, it is only allowed to be sold at the original price you bought it♥ minor edits to the design afterwards, made on your own accord, or in relation to commissioning artwork of said design, is allowed
